The proposed location, according to information available on the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services website, is set for 1005 West New Bern Road, commonly known as Skinner’s Bypass.

The details were revealed through the NC Department of Health and Human Services' Environmental Health Section, where a plan was submitted under the establishment name "Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins Online."
