Lenoir County Sheriff seeks public help in identifying theft suspect

The Lenoir County Sheriff's Office is requesting the aid of the public in identifying a suspect.

On March 22, deputies with Lenoir County Sheriff's Office responded to a residence in La Grange (4068 Ben Dail Rd.) in reference to a larceny of a dirt bike. Surveillance camera footage was captured of an unidentified Black male pushing the dirt bike off the victim's property. There have also been multiple other reports of dirt bike larcenies throughout the county.
