Two teens arrested, another sought in Sam's Mini-Mart robbery

Two men are in jail and another is being sought for an alleged robbery that took place Thursday night in Kinston.
Officers from the Kinston Police Department and the U.S. Marshal Task Force arrested Kvon X. Williams, 18, and Deneiriontae Hodges, 17, on Friday for an alleged robbery at Sam’s Mini-Mart, 1419 N. Queen St., that occurred a day earlier around 6 p.m. The two were placed in the Lenoir County Detention Center; Williams under a $1.025 million secured bond and Hodges under a $1.027 million secured bond. The pair were charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and robbery with a dangerous weapon.
A third suspect, Korie D. Williams, 19, of Kinston, is being sought by KPD on the same charges.
The trio allegedly robbed a victim at gunpoint at the Sam’s Mini-Mart on Thursday and left the scene of the crime in a vehicle that had been stolen the day before. The vehicle was recovered unoccupied in Kinston on Friday, along with another vehicle that been stolen in Goldsboro. Both vehicles were returned to their owners.
