A couple of wet wiping cloths laying on tables/prep area - shall be discarded or in sanitizer between uses
Knives stored in dirty holder and exposed to splash when cutting boards are cleaned
Plastic cart used to move items from walk-in to kitchen is rough and has plastic flaking
Floor needs additional cleaning
