Lenoir Community College held its second annual LCC Commitment Day Thursday, where area high school seniors committed to attending LCC in the upcoming fall semester.

Bethel Christian Academy, Greene Central High School, Jones Senior High School, Kinston High School, North Lenoir High School and South Lenoir High School were involved in the event. LCC High School Programs Counselor Athena Wilson coordinated the day’s activities, where students had the opportunity to visit with program chairs, student services and tour the campus before eating a lunch provided by LCC.

The event was an opportunity to give seniors a chance to see what the college life had in store before graduating high school.
