Sticky fly traps hanging from ceiling are over food prep area

Boxes of french fries stored on floor in walk-in freezer - shall be stored at least six inches above the floor

Employee tossing pizzas was not wearing a hair restraint

Wiping cloths were left out on counter - shall be stored in proper strength sanitizer

Scoops in blue storage bins are stored with the handle in food

Some metal pans put away wet

Drinking glasses stored on dirty trays

Prep unit, white refrigerator inside both walk-ins, shelving and body of deli slicer need additional cleaning
