The manager’s favorite dish is carne asada, a dish that consists of a tender skirt steak served with rice and beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, lettuce, and tortillas. New dishes will be introduced every month.

To launch their community partnerships, they will be featuring a mariachi band on Friday. Government officials, veterans,  and law enforcement will receive a 10 percent discount on their orders.

“I would like for everyone to feel as if they’re home,” said Ismerai Navarro, an employee of El Tequila. “That feeling where you know you’ll have a great time no matter what.”
