Career Day at Jones Senior High School was on Feb. 13. Students were able to visit each CTE program of focus study in pods. JSHS offers: Information Technology (Ms. Ava Williams), Agriculture Mrs. Mary Murphy), Masonry (Mr. Willie BLango), Automotive Adjunct- Mr. Charles Zalvaney), Foods & Nutrition Mrs. Deboarh Balckwell), Marketing (Mrs. Scarlett Tyndall), Health Sciences (Mrs. Suddona Murrell) and Business, Finance & Information Technology (Mr. Brandon Joyner and the Director of Career and Technical Education is Barbara Lee.) . Each CTE program has a certification attached to it whereby students can gain employment upon graduation or before. We thank each vendor, business & industry and college for participating in our Career Day.
