Snow Hill, NC – This morning, January 20, 2021, the Greene County Department of Public Health had a COVID-19 vaccine appointment waitlist form posted on the Greene County website. This form will allow  those wanting to be placed on our COVID-19 appointment waitlist to now do so online. Please know that  if you have already been placed on our waitlist you DO NOT need to fill out this form.  

We want each and every person to receive the vaccine as soon as possible and we are committed to  seeing that happen; unfortunately that will not happen all at once. We thank you for your patience with  us at this time as we are continuously working to improve this process so we can provide the vaccine to  those who are currently eligible according to the state’s vaccination plan. We are still taking wait-list  requests by phone, if you choose to call. You may receive a busy signal when calling our office due to the  high call volume, but please be sure to call us back and try again so we can take your request.
