Perry Management announced on Facebook that they brokered a deal with Tractor Supply for a property on Hwy 70 across from Lenoir Community College and beside Taco Bell in Kinston. They will be building a new location to replace their current location in Kinston.

On Wednesday, October 6th, 2021, members of the Kinston Police Department Narcotics Unit  concluded two narcotics investigations that spanned the course of nearly 3 months. This  operation was conducted as a part of the department’s initiative to suppress violent crime in the  city.

Telemarketing crooks have developed a new way to attempt to scam people on Medicare. I was unaware of this scam until I answered a call that my caller ID identified as “N Carolina Call.” The woman on the line said she was from Medicare and was calling to see if I had received my new secure Medicare card.
