As we said last week, our market is growing weekly. We are so excited to announce the return of Porter Farms ! Stop by and say hello, and let them know how important they are to us. As a matter of fact, last year. the Porter family was voted Lenoir County Farm Family of the year

Learn about what you see when you walk in the woods...

Above the Briery is bringing a variety of native plants, most sourced from above Briery Run on the north side of Kinston. Come and see Jack in the Pulpit, evergreen Christmas ern, and wild Ginger (Little Brown Jugs). Meet our native Impatiens plant,
Jewelweed that has amazing orange flowers in the fall. The beautiful and edible sunflower called Sunchoke or Jerusalem Artichoke. Shrubs including Elderberry and Spicebush will be there. There will be many more, and she is even bringing a climbing Hydrangea vine. She will also bring honey harvested from her beehives.
