The risk for severe weather through 10 PM has increased in our area, with scattered severe thunderstorms possible.

Storms have already developed and will continue to expand with time. Meanwhile, a line of storms west of our area now, will also move across Eastern North Carolina.

Wind and Hail are the primary threats, but a tornado or two is possible.
