We want to congratulate our Jones County 4-H’ers and their accomplishments at the NC 4-H Hippology and Horse Bowl Competition held in Raleigh on March 12th. These 4-H’ers have worked so hard since January and many plan to participate in horse judging next month too!

Competition Awards:

7th Overall Jr. Hippology Team - Wyatt McCoy, Melody Mauney, Maddie Troyer and Jenna Hacker

10th Overall Jr. Hippology Team - Luiza Toutah, Mattie Cuthrell and Logan Troyer

5th Overall Hippology Station Rank- Wyatt McCoy

4th Overall Jr. Horse Bowl Team- Wyatt McCoy, Melody Mauney, Maddie Troyer, Jenna Hacker and Logan Troyer

5th Overall Jr. Individual Horse Bowl Score- Melody Mauney

10th Overall Mixed Age Horse Bowl Team- Chesney Holliday, Luiza Toutah, Mattie Cuthrell and Paxton Holliday
