Farmers Market update for June 4, 2022

See this content in the original post

Market open between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm Tuesday and Saturday

Shown above is Pat Walston, Culinary Arts Instructor at LCC, and her summer students. They came to the market on Tuesday and saw how the market worked between the farmer and the consumer. They toured the almost finished commercial kitchen in the Rick Holder Annex, and that seemed to spark some interest in them for some projects of their own in the future. More good news is that this group will be back on June 14th about 11 o'clock to prepare dishes using produce from the market and serving samples. Don't miss this one !
