The Greene County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's assistance in identifying an armed robbery suspect.

On 09-01-2022 around 1:55 am a male subject wearing a white tank top and tan pants entered the Speedway store located on Hwy 258 North in Snow Hill. Shortly after entering the store, the male subject displayed a weapon and demanded money before assaulting the Store Clerk and leaving with an undisclosed amount of money. The male is believed to have left in a dark colored sedan, unknown make or model or direction of travel. The Store Clerk sustained minor injuries and was treated by EMS.
