The following restaurant inspections were conducted by the Lenoir County Health Department:

Observations: 

Observed bleach above food product in dry storage area. 

Observed plastic wrap on the side of the prep unit. 

Build up of mildewed food debris on gaskets. 

Build up on walls and ceilings. 

Accumulated grease and other debris on equipment and pizza pans. 

Fries had been left on the table for 4 hours.

Several foods lacked proper date markings.
