Administrative Sales Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a confident, self-motivated crew member who can work both independently and within our crew performing a variety of general office duties with an emphasis on sales. We are seeking someone with long-term employment goals.

Applicant must have reliable transportation, a valid and relatively clean driver’s license, able to follow directions, ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis and may be subject to pre-employment and/or random alcohol and drug screening.

Candidate's primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, answering phone calls, greeting customers and being comfortable doing trailer and trailer part sales. Sales are a very prominent part of this position so the candidate should have excellent customer service, sales, and cash-handling skills.

Being able to multi-task is a must.

Candidate will be responsible for properly completing all sales documentation using Excel and QuickBooks.

On-the-job training with particular computer software will be provided but candidate should have a good working knowledge of basic computer skills and be willing to learn.

Candidate will be responsible for uploading and downloading pictures to a computer, as well as, often uploading pictures to customers via text and Facebook messaging, keeping website inventory up to date in a timely manner is a necessity and being detail-oriented.

Candidate may occasionally be asked to attend overnight trade shows, work an evening or Saturday. Candidate will be expected to keep their work area neat, clean, and organized and be willing to assist in other duties as needed to benefit the business and staff.

Pay commiserate with experience.
