As a member of the Department of Social Services with Lenoir County Government, you can make a difference! The agency is seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant II. Candidates in this classification provide a high level of direct administrative and clerical support to the Economic Services Division. An Employee in this class must have excellent computer knowledge, have effective communication skills both orally and in writing, and have the ability to coordinate a variety of resource in gathering information and independently answering questions. You must have the ability to work independently, using sound decision-making skills.

Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent and five years of progressively responsible clerical experience
• Possess a valid North Carolina Driver's License
