Observed one box of chicken on the ground in the walk in and several boxes on the ground in the walk in freezer.
Observed single use articles on the ground next to the register.
Interior and exterior of hot holding units, fryers and ovens, floors under equipment, sinks, walls, ceilings, walk in shelving, rotisserie unit, dish racks, and shelving storage racks throughout need additional cleaning.

Items in the freezer removed from original packages placed in styrofoam containers or ziplock bags.
Door open to the smoke room while bbq was being actively chopped and prepared.
Flies in the smoke room due to door being propped open.
