Cale Grady named new President of Lenoir County Chamber of Commerce
The Lenoir County Chamber of Commerce has welcomed Cale Grady as its new President, effective January 15, 2024. Grady steps into the role following the departure of former President/CEO Vickie Jones.
Margaret Williams, the board Chair, expressed confidence in Grady's capabilities, stating, "We are excited to have someone of Cale’s caliber to lead the Lenoir County Chamber of Commerce forward." Grady's appointment comes with his extensive experience in business, focusing on marketing and operations, coupled with his strong community involvement.
A graduate of East Carolina University and the UNC Executive Program, Grady has a robust background in diverse business environments. His recent tenure as Director of Marketing, Community Relations, and Continuing Care at Wayne UNC Healthcare in Goldsboro, showcases his expertise in handling both local and global business challenges.
Grady shared his enthusiasm and plans for the Chamber. "I grew up here, went to school at South Lenoir. I love our area, I love our county, and I want to see us continue to prosper and grow," he remarked.
Grady's initial focus will be to evaluate the Chamber's membership and strategize on areas of growth and development. Grady's selection marks a pivotal moment for the Chamber as it continues its mission to support local businesses and encourage economic advancement in the Lenoir County region.
