The Town of La Grange is excited to announce 𝗠𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗞𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 as our new 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿! This marks a major step toward achieving the Town Council’s goal of rebuilding and reimagining recreation programs for our community.

With a lifelong passion for sports and community service, Chad is ready to bring fresh ideas and inclusive programs that will benefit everyone in La Grange—from the young to the young at heart.  Whether it’s youth sports leagues, family events, or activities for seniors, Chad’s vision is to create opportunities for all parts of our community to come together, play, and thrive.

Chad brings over 20 years of experience as a coach and official, paired with an incredible 31-year career in public service with the NC Department of Adult Corrections, where he led transformative recreation and community programs. A Greene County native and Lenoir County resident, Chad knows the heart of Eastern NC and is committed to helping our Town grow stronger through recreation.

Together with Chad’s leadership, we’re ready to restart and rebuild recreation programs that will make La Grange a hub of activity, connection, and fun.
