A-Squad was conducting a license checkpoint on Hwy 11 and Liberty Hill Road. Dorian Powell approached the checkpoint and officers observed narcotic violations. During the investigations, officers located cocaine and marijuana. In addition, officers suspected Powell was impaired. Powell was arrested and charged with the following:

-Possession With Intent to Manufacture/Sell Deliver Schedule II
-Felony Possession of Cocaine
-Possession of Marijuana
-Driving While Impaired
