Kinston Police Department posted the following on their Facebook page:

Officers on C-Squad responded to a report of someone attempting to use a stolen bank card at McDonalds. Officers arrived and found Mohnee Bostic (26, Snow Hill, NC) at the scene in possession of the stolen bank card and a stolen vehicle. Bostic was arrested and charged with the following:

- Possession of a Stolen MV
-Simple Possession of Schedule VI
-Possession Drug Paraphernalia
-Financial Card Fraud (2 counts)
-Attempting to Obtain Property by False Pretense (2 counts)
-Receiving Stolen Goods (2 counts)
-Misd. Larceny
