Teenager arrested for threatening to kill North Lenoir teacher
The Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 19-year-old for threatening to kill a teacher at North Lenoir High School.
On Friday, the LCSO served an arrest warrant on James Wiggins for two counts of communicating threats. The incident stemmed from a verbal altercation with a teacher at North Lenoir; during the altercation, Wiggins threatened to kill the teacher.
Wiggins was confined in the Lenoir County Jail under a secured bond.
