AmVets Post 1111 announces the grand opening of a pioneering facility, "The Retreat," a Digital Sensory Room designed for young veterans transitioning back to civilian life. The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. this Saturday, April 6th, at G.I. Joe Military “Living History” Museum.

"The Retreat" represents a significant advancement in supporting our servicemen and women in overcoming challenges associated with reintegration and dealing with war-related conditions. As the first facility of its kind, it aims to provide a therapeutic environment to aid in the coping mechanisms of these veterans.

AmVets Post 1111 extends an invitation to all veterans and their supporters to join in unveiling this groundbreaking initiative. The establishment of "The Retreat" underscores a nationwide hope for the adoption of similar supportive measures across the country.

Space will be limited. Please contact Post Commander Victor Kosinski at vccv04@gmail.com for more information.
