KPD's Violent Crime Action Team received numerous tips from our community members related to drug activity on the 700 block of Candlewood Drive. When the investigation was complete, detectives obtained and served a search warrant on the residence. The search led to the discovery of over 2 pounds of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Sauls was arrested at the scene and charged with the following:

-Possession With Intent to Sell/Deliver Schedule VI

-Felony Possession of Schedule VI

-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

-Felony Maintain Dwelling

-Possession With Intent to Sell/Deliver Controlled Substance Within 1000' of a Park
