The Lenoir County Farmer’s Market is located at 100 North Heritage Street. The market is open on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. Most vendors accept EBT and Sunbucks, plus major credit cards.

Coney Island Hot Dog Fundraiser: All profits go to projects to enhance the Farmers Market. $5.00 per plate, which includes a hot dog with delicious chili, a drink, and chips.

WILL'S STRICTLY TURKEY BBQ is going to try again this Saturday. It is so good, so try a sandwich during your market visit. Good news for Tuesday's customers... Jen Rouse will bring farm-fresh eggs to the market.

B & B EGGS & CRAFTS:

I'll be bringing this Saturday eggs, crafts, and my "LIQUID GOLD" Banana Nut Bread, loaded with pecans and walnuts, Hershey's chocolate chips, cinnamon, and local honey from Kinston.

It was so good to have Jeff Yourdan and his LCC Culinary Arts Class at the market on Tuesday. Jeff taught them to identify the vegetables, how to test for ripeness, and suggested good cooking methods.
