Start Position: Project Administrator
Starting Wage: $18.00 to $20.00 Hourly, start wage based on work experience
Full-time position; work hours are Mon-Thurs 7:30 to 5:30, Fri 8:00 to 12:00

Job Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office, specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook; good organizational, verbal and written communication skills; attentive to detail; construction management software experience a plus
Job duties include the following:
Provide administrative support to electrical construction Project Manager for assigned projects Maintain assigned project contract requirements for correspondence, change orders, billing, submittals, and job cost Issue vendor purchase orders and subcontract documents as directed by Project Manager Prepare, assemble, transmit and monitor the review status of material/equipment submittals through the workflow process; maintain submittal log Acquire project electrical permits Prepare and summarize job cost for monthly project billings by Project Manager Request and assemble project closeout requirements (i.e., operation & maintenance manuals, warranties)
