Construction of the FRC East C130 MRO Complex at the Global TransPark is accelerating. Over 500,000 yards of fill have been placed, and on-site concrete batch plants are mixing materials for upcoming asphalt and concrete work. Stormwater infrastructure is 90% complete, and foundation work for hangars and structures is 85% finished. Steel for two buildings has also arrived.

Managed by Barnhill Contracting and TA Loving Company, the project will provide Fleet Readiness Center East with dedicated maintenance space for C130s and other military aircraft, strengthening the region’s role in aviation support.
