The Kinston Police Department posted the following on their Facebook page:

Officers encountered Angel Gustavo (23, Dover NC) on a traffic stop. During the traffic stop, officers located 2 "ghost" guns, narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Gustavo was arrested and charged with the following:

-Felony Possession of Schedule VI

-Simple Possession Schedule VI

-Possession With Intent to Sell/Deliver Schedule VI

-Possession With Intent to Sell/Deliver Schedule II

-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

-Carrying Concealed Gun
