Neuse News teams up with Chris Humphrey Allstate for a Facebook LIVE post game show
Chris Humphrey, center, of Chris Humphrey Allstate is sponsoring a post-game show every Friday night at 11:30.
Starting Friday, Neuse News will host a weekly post-game show, presented by Chris Humphrey Allstate.
The show will broadcast every Friday during the duration of the football season at 11:30 p.m. and will run for approximately 30 minutes on the Neuse News Facebook page, which can be located at facebook.com/neusenews.com.
Hosted by Bryan Hanks and co-hosted by Junious Smith III and Graham Hill, the show will break down games from Lenoir County’s five teams — Arendell Parrott Academy, Bethel Christian Academy, Kinston, North Lenoir and South Lenoir — along with Ayden-Grifton, Greene Central and Jones Senior.
Humphrey said he’s excited about the football season and enjoys the sport.
“High school football is very important in this area,” Humphrey said. “It gives kids an outlet, is a great extracurricular activity and teaches teamwork. It’s fun to see the local rivalries and to watch people you actually know suit up. It’s great entertainment.”
Hanks has covered high school football throughout North Carolina since 1992 and in Kinston since 2002.
"I am proud of what Junious, Graham and I will be bringing to prep football fans every Friday night," he said. "Fans will be able to interact with us via Facebook while we are on the air. Along with live reports from writers and photographers -- including Keith Spence, Scott Cole, William 'Bud' Hardy and others -- Kinston and Lenoir County have never had football coverage quite like this."
The NeuseNews.com Post Game Show, presented by Chris Humphrey Allstate, is also sponsored in part by Lenoir Community College and San Juan Mexican Restaurant. Special thanks are given toward Spence Automotive and Garriss Body Shop. Live comments will be welcomed throughout the show.
