Hope Prep to hold open house

Kinston’s newest private school will host an open house this week to introduce itself to the community.

Hope Preparatory School will begin its first school year Sept. 4, but members of the community can get a sneak peek at the facility Thursday from 4-6 p.m. 

The open house will also offer prospective parents and students a chance to tour the facility and see the results of a summer of hard work preparing the school to welcome its first class of students. 

Hope Preparatory School, 608 Cameron Dr. in Kinston, is located within Spilman Baptist Church. 

Light refreshments will be served during the event.
