TODAY ONLY: One stop early voting at your county's Board of Election

Statement from NC State Board of Elections General Counsel Katelyn Love:

Due to the disruptions caused by Hurricane Dorian, Executive Director Brinson Bell has issued the attached emergency executive order. It extends early voting in eleven counties on Saturday. The date for canvass and receipt of postmarked absentee ballots has also been extended. There is also a provision that may allow use of a majority of precinct judges who do not reside in the precinct.

Lenoir County
The State Board has ordered the Lenoir County Board of Elections’ office to open for One-Stop Early Voting on Saturday, Sep 7 from 9 am to 5 pm.

Greene County
The State Board has ordered the Greene County Board of Elections’ office to open for One-Stop Early Voting on Saturday, Sep 7 from 9 am to 5 pm.

Jones County
The State Board has ordered the Jones County Board of Elections’ office to open for One-Stop Early Voting on Saturday, Sep 7 from 9 am to 5 pm.
