Harvey Enterprises and Affiliates 20 year employees honored
Employees with 20 years of service with Harvey Enterprises & Affiliates were honored recently by the Harvey family with a contribution to the C. Felix Harvey, Sr. Scholarship through the Lenoir Community College Foundation. The scholarship was established in 1985. Mr. Harvey’s daughters, Leigh McNairy and Sunny Burrows, have continued the tradition of honoring the company’s 20-year employees.
“On behalf of Harvey Enterprises & Affiliates, I would like to thank our employees for their loyalty, service and dedication,” John McNairy, President/CEO of Harvey Enterprises & Affiliates. “Harvey’s is 149 years old, making it the oldest continuously family-owned private company still in existence in North Carolina,” he said.
“Growth and success of any organization depends largely on its people,” McNairy added. “Today, it is with great pride and admiration that we honor and celebrate 14 additional employees for their 20 years of service bringing the total honored employee count to 266. We are fortunate and look forward to many more good years to come.”
