Annual Independence Day Parade in Deep Run on Saturday
Deep Run will host the annual Independence Day Parade on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 6:00 pm. After the parade, fireworks will be on display at 9:00 pm. The lineup for the parade starts at 5:00 pm and will be at the South Lenoir gym.
“The Deep Run Independence Parade is one of my most favorite parades because it is reflective of Americana where anyone can ride, walk, or peddle with little qualifications,” said County Commissioner J. Mac Daughety. “It is about small children, good eats, fireworks, and celebrating our neighbors, friends, and American Independence.”
