Public Notice: Advertisement for bids
Sealed proposals for Single Prime Bids will be received until 3:00 pm on September 30, 2021 at Administration Building Conference Room, Lenoir Community College, 231 Hwy 58 South, Kinston, NC 28504, Attn: Deborah Sutton, for the construction of the Floyd Health Science Building Renovation and Addition, Kinston, NC (SCO # 18-18894-02A), at which time and place bids will be opened and read.
Project is funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration and must comply with EDA requirements (EDA Investment # 04-79-07423).
An open pre-bid meeting will be held for bidders, subcontractors and vendors on September 8, 2021 at 11:00 am at Business Technologies Building, Lenoir Community College, 231 Hwy 58 South, Kinston, NC 28504. The meeting will address project scope, description, issues, bidding procedures and forms, including MBE forms; and answer specific questions. Prime bidders are requested to attend.
In accordance with GS133-3 and SCO procedures the following preferred brand items are being considered as Alternates by the owner for this project.
