A swearing in ceremony was held at the Lenoir County Courthouse for Lenoir County Sheriff Jackie Rogers on Monday. Rogers was sworn in by Dawn Stroud, former Lenoir County Clerk of Superior Court. Rogers won the November midterm election against incumbent Ronnie Ingram.
