Arendell Parrott Academy’s National Junior Honor Society inducted 35 seventh and eighth graders on Jan. 28th.

Arendell Parrott Academy’s National Junior Honor Society inducted 35 seventh and eighth grade students in a January 28th ceremony. Families and friends in the audience were welcomed by Head of School David Moody. Senior Garrett Gilgo, president of the school’s National Honor Society, spoke on the five ideals the organization supports.  NJHS officers Max Nelson, Eliza Grady, Garrett Byrd, Zadoc Fanning, and Zoe Moore also participated in the induction.  

 Eighth graders inducted were Cassie Eckberg, David Dunn, and Millie Wilson. Seventh grade inductees were Jack Albritton, Graham Allen, Arianna Aviles, Kate Barwick, Julia Begelman, Cason Carpenter, Preethi Chada, A B Daughety, Chase Davis, Ruby Doughty, Charles Harper, Holt Hinton, Aiden James, Tejas Jayaram, Aidan Johnson, Katy Keenan, Kelvin Kuang, Anna Kate Laws, Chloe Lewis, Lainey Lewis, Lucas Lin, Madelyn McCarren, Sebastian Myers, Parker Rose Overton, Mac Owlsey, Reagan Rouse, Chase Silvero-Jones, Brody Soles, Reed Stocks, Katy Ta, Jude Tanner, and Carmala VanFosson.
