All-Way Stop coming to Lenoir County, HC Turner Road and Old Pink Hill Road

All-Way Stop coming to Lenoir County, HC Turner Road and Old Pink Hill Road

PINK HILL – Additional signage to improve safety at a Lenoir County intersection will be installed this week.

The intersection of HC Turner Road and Old Pink Road will be converted into an all-way stop tomorrow. Crews are expected to be finished with the work by the afternoon, weather permitting.

Currently, drivers on Old Pink Hill do not have to stop. The decision to add the additional road markings and signage was based on a safety review.

To learn more about the benefits and what to do at an all-way stop, visit this NCDOT webpage.

Drivers in this area should be alert for crews working and prepare for the new traffic design.
