Greene County Public Schools Announce Teacher of the Year
Greene County Public Schools announced their Teacher of the Year for each school. Listed below are the winners recognized by their peers:
Greene County Pre-K Center: Jennie Sanderson
Snow Hill Primary: Jennifer Edwards
West Greene Elementary: Laura Brown
Greene County Intermediate School: Allie Gray
Greene County Middle School: Jayme Tilley
Greene Central High School: Emily Lahr
Greene Early College High School: Natasha Martin
These teachers will soon be interviewed by a committee that is made up of Central Office employees and some administrators from the schools. Once a person is selected they will go and compete in the Southeast Regional competition. The regional winners will then move on to the state competition.
