Friends of the Library - I love my library raffle
Ramon Jones (far right), president of the Friends of the Library, is shown presenting the winning check to Penny Dawson from the recent Friends of the Library "I Love My Library" Raffle. (Also shown are Penny's granddaughter's Ava and Lela.) Proceeds from the raffle are used to fund enhancements in library programming. In addition to the grand prize of $1,000, five other ticket-holders won door prizes valued at $25 each. After expenses, the Friends of the Library donated $3,760 to the Library!
