Public Notice: Lenoir County Public Schools request for bids: Fire Panel Replacements

The Board of Education of Lenoir County invites bid proposals for the replacement of the Fire Alarm panel(s) at South Lenoir High School and Southwood Elementary School.  All proposals must be received via email or printed delivery on or before 10:00 a.m. on August 26, 2022.

Prospective bidders should schedule and complete a walk-through inspection of the facilities prior to August 16, 2022.  It is the responsibility of the bidder to field survey the facilities prior to making a proposal. By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that he/she has full knowledge of the requirements to

fulfill the contract. 

A walkthrough can be scheduled by contacting the school directly.  South Lenoir High School can be reached at 252-568-6161.  The primary contact is Elizabeth Pierce, Principal, or her designee.  Southwood Elementary School may be reached at 252-527-908.  The primary contact of Southwood Elementary is Heather Lancaster, Principal, or her designee.  All walkthroughs must be concluded prior to August 16, 2022.
