Obituary: Michael Lee Hildebrand
Kinston – Michael Lee Hildebrandt, 58, passed away on August 10, 2022. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at 4:00 PM at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church.
The family will receive friends one hour prior the service at the church. Mike was born in Baltimore, MD on March 26, 1964, to Francis and Jean Lee Hildebrandt. He will be long remembered as a maintenance worker, especially at St. Mary’s Church. There he was always ready to lend a helping hand in whatever needed to be done. He was dedicated to his family and loved meeting people. He was an avid animal lover and treated his dogs and cats as family. He was an avid fisherman, and on Saturday, one might find him visiting yard sales with his twin brother, Brian.
He is survived by his sons, John Hildebrandt and Shawn Hildebrandt; his wife, Linda Hildebrandt; brothers, Wayne Hildebrandt and Brian Hildebrandt; sisters, Donna Westbrook and Rose Houston and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, 800 Rountree Street, Kinston, NC Arrangements by Edwards Funeral Home & Cremations.
