TOUCH-A-TRUCK: An Interactive Community Event for Families
The Partnership for Children of Lenoir and Greene Counties is hosting the TOUCH-A-TRUCK event, a hands-on experience for families, on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 10 am to 12 pm at the Grainger Stadium Parking Lot located at 400 E Grainger Ave, Kinston.
Visitors will have the opportunity to explore various vehicle demonstrations and partake in an array of activities while savoring free treats. Additionally, vendors will be present, offering a range of goods and services to attendees. To ensure a noise-free environment, a "No Sirens" hour has been designated from 10 am to 11 am.
Adding to the festivity, attendees are encouraged to come in costumes, though it's optional. The event emphasizes Community, Family, Education, and FUN, ensuring an engaging experience for all.
Entrance to the TOUCH-A-TRUCK event is entirely free, making it accessible to everyone. To spice things up, a 50/50 Raffle Drawing will also take place, with tickets available for purchase at $5 each.
