Job Fair at Lenoir Community College
More than 80 employers will be attending the annual Lenoir Community College Job Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, in the Student Center. The event is sponsored by LCC, NCWorks Career Center of Lenoir County and NCWorks Career Services Centers of Greene and Jones Counties. The public is invited to attend.
“This is a great opportunity for job seekers to come prepared with their resumes and be dressed to impress for interviews and also make great connections,” said Dawn Kantz, Associate Dean of the AAMC and Workforce Development. “We will also provide job fair tips for job seekers at the registration desk.”
Employers participating this year include Kinston Community Health Center, Inc. Kinston Police Department, Lenoir County Communications, City of Kinston, Butterball, ECU Health, Spirit AeroSystems to name a few. A complete list will be available at the Job Fair.
“We are excited to see everyone at the Job Fair March 15,” said Josephine Wallace-Koonce, Director of WIOA Title I Programs/NCWorks Career Center Manager. “The employers are looking forward to participating and meeting potential employees.”
