Roxie's owner reports theft: two individuals arrested
The Kinston Police Department posted the following on their website:
On 4/11/2023, Ash Ren-Harvey, the owner of Roxie’s, reported that individuals had stolen items from behind her business on two separate occasions. Ms. Ren-Harvey was able to identify one of the subjects as Chad Thomas. After receiving a tip on the location of the stolen items, a search warrant was obtain for a residence on Andy Ln. KPD and the LCSO executed the search warrant and recovered some of the stolen items. Warrants were obtained on Chad Thomas and Kristen Graham for Larceny and Possession of Stolen Goods.
