Two-month investigation nets multiple drug trafficking arrests

On August 29th, 2023, members of the Kinston Police Department, NCDMV Division of License and Theft, and the Lenoir County Sheriffs Office SCARR Team concluded a 2-month drug trafficking investigation.

The investigation began as tips from citizens were received regarding the illegal narcotics sales being conducted by Dominque Graham, 38, of Kinston, N.C.  As a result of the investigation, detectives conducted a traffic stop on Graham from a traffic violation.  During the stop, detectives located 55 pounds of marijuana.  Subsequently, a search warrant was conducted at Grahams residence on Englewood Dr. in Kinston.  During the search warrant, detectives arrested Eric Maye, 39, of Kinston, Jamal Rouse, 36, of Kinston, and Anthony Roberson, 37, of Lagrange for additional drug charges and various warrants.

This investigation would not have been possible without cooperation from our citizens that we proudly serve.  Anyone with any additional information is encouraged to call the Kinston Police Department's Tips Line at 252-939-4020, Lenoir County Crime Stoppers at 252-523-4444, or through the Tip411 App that is available on both apple and android devices.
