KPD seeks public assistance in identifying vehicle in photo

The Kinston Police Department posted the following on their Facebook page:

KPD is attempting to identify the vehicle in the photo below. It was involved in a felonious hit and run (vehicle vs pedestrian). The pedestrian was was walking on E Shine Street when vehicle struck him/her. The pedestrian was transported to UNC Lenoir for non-life threatening injuries.

Anyone with information is asked to call the KPD Tip Line: 252-939-4020 Crime Stoppers: 252-523-4444 or by submitting a tip on the KPD tip app.
