Kinston Police Arrest Man with 'Ghost Gun' After Parking Violation

The Kinston Police Department posted the following on their Facebook Page:

09.13.2023 - Officers encountered Jamaurus Sutton for a parking violation. During the encounter, Sutton provided a false name to officers. As officers discovered Sutton's true identity, he began to refuse to follow lawful orders. Sutton was subsequently placed under arrest for Obstruct and Delay. During the arrest, officers discovered a concealed handgun. The handgun was a self assembled firearm commonly referred to as "Ghost Gun". The firearm was seized and Sutton was placed in the LC jail under a secured bond for Resisting a Public Officer and Carrying a Concealed Firearm.
