In the upcoming 2023 Municipal Election, Larry L. Gladney is a seasoned leader with a commitment to his community. Gladney, who currently serves as a council member and holds the position of Mayor Pro Tempore in the Town of LaGrange, is seeking re-election. "I have been on the Town of LaGrange council for 20 years, and as of now, I hold the position as Mayor Pro Tempore. Since I've been on the council, I have supported the growth of many projects and ideas, which I have many more to present," Gladney states, emphasizing his long-standing commitment to the community.

When asked about his priorities for local infrastructure improvements, Gladney responds, "Seeing the town growth of many housing developments and my ideas for many of the projects for the youth and the seniors. Housing development and recreational programs and projects are two of my major priorities."

"I really don't have many views on the school system because of the lack of a voice on the school board who represents LaGrange,” said Gladney. This underscores his commitment to advocating for the community's interests.

On the subject of job opportunities and economic growth, Gladney is optimistic about the impact of new infrastructure. He believes, "I personally feel that the new Interstate 42 will help with the development of jobs in the local area." This forward-looking approach aligns with his vision for a prosperous LaGrange.

Public safety is another critical issue, and Gladney's stance is clear: "Develop or bring back the town's own police department, bottom line." His commitment to ensuring the safety of LaGrange residents is unwavering.
